# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2021, Regulation 17: Amendment of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


In Annex 1 (Part-M), after point M.A.302(d)(2)(ii) insert—
“(3) the applicable provisions of Annex I (Part-26) to Regulation (EU) 2015/640.”.
