  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nCivil Aviation\nSift requirements satisfied 24th May 2022\nMade 8th June 2022\nLaid before Parliament 10th June 2022\nComing into force\nRegulation 2(b) 1st January 2023\nRemainder 1st July 2022\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and Articles 19(3) and 23(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation.\nThe requirements of paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.",
