  "text": "(1) Article 5 (certifying staff) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) for “M.A.801(d)” substitute “M.A.801(c)”;\n(b) omit “CAO.A.035(d) and”;\n(c) after “CAO.A.040(b)” insert “and CAO.A.040(c)”.\n(3) After paragraph 6 insert—\n“7. Limited certifying staff authorisations issued to flight engineer licence holders pursuant to point 145.A.30(j)(3) or (4) of Annex II (Part-145) before 1 July 2024 continue to be valid until they expire or until they are revoked by the maintenance organisation.”.",
