Regulation 26 Amendment of Section A of Annex III to Commission Regulation (EU) 1321/2014

In Section A (technical requirements), in Subpart A (aircraft maintenance licence)—

(a)

for point 66.A.20(b)(1) substitute—

“1.

in compliance with the applicable requirements of Annex I (Part-M), Annex II (Part-145), Annex Vb (Part-ML) and Annex Vd (Part-CAO); and”;

(b)

in point 66.A.25(a), for “categories B2L and” substitute “category”.
