  "text": "(1) Annex Vd (Part-CAO) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Section A (organisational requirements)—\n(a) in point CAO.A.045(a)(2)—\n(i) after “or equivalent or” insert “they acquired”;\n(ii) for “in addition to the” substitute “in addition to that”;\n(b) in point CAO.A.105(a), for the words before point (1) substitute—\n“(a) In order to enable the CAA to determine continued compliance with this Annex, the CAO must notify it of any proposal to carry out any of the following changes, before such changes take place:”.",
