  "text": "A security approved air cargo agent shall give notice to the Secretary of State if at any time any information provided to the Secretary of State in pursuance of paragraph (1), (2)(a), (c), (d) or (g) of regulation 5 above is rendered inaccurate by any change of circumstances, and shall give such notice to the Secretary of State within 7 days of such change occurring.",
