# The Aviation Security (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 28

In point 5.1 for paragraph 2 substitute—
“
2 Hold baggage may be exempted from screening if—
(a) it arrives from a domestic airport; or
(b) it arrives from any other airport designated by the appropriate authority.”.
