# The Aviation Security (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 10th September 2025
Coming into force 31st October 2025
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 on rules in the field of civil aviation security.
