# The Aviation Security (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 28th April 2025
Laid before Parliament 30th April 2025
Coming into force 23rd June 2025
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 on rules in the field of civil aviation security.
