Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 39(3) of the Aviation Security Act 1982^f1 and, as respects the extension of section 5 of that Act, section 8 of the Tokyo Convention Act 1967^f2, and of section 51(1) of the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990^f3, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
