  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order extends those provisions of the Aviation Security Act 1982, as amended, which are set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to this Order to the Bailiwick of Guernsey; the provisions are subject to exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in Part II of that Schedule. The Order also extends to the Bailiwick of Guernsey sections 1 and 50 of the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990 subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in Schedule 2; and revokes the Orders specified in Schedule 3 to the extent that they relate to the extension to the Bailiwick of Guernsey of enactments replaced by the Aviation Security Act 1982.",
