In section 18B (contents of enforcement notice):
(a)
in subsection (1) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted “Board”;
(b)
in subsection (3) the words “Subject to subsection (4) below,” and “or (2)” shall be omitted; and
(c)
subsection (4) shall be omitted.
