  "text": "In section 21 (application of provisions of Part II to air navigation installations):\n(a) for the words “the United Kingdom”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted “Guernsey”;\n(b) in subsection (2) the words from “and any reference to the manager” to the end of the subsection shall be omitted;\n(c) subsection (4) shall be omitted;\n(d) in paragraph (a) of subsection (5) the words from “and, where the direction was given” to the end of the paragraph shall be omitted; and\n(e) in subsection (6):\n(i) for the words “authority responsible for one or more air navigation installations” there shall be substituted “Airport Director”; and\n(ii) in paragraph (a) for the words “the United Kingdom for which it is responsible” there shall be substituted “Guernsey for which the Board is responsible”.",
