# The Aviation Security (Guernsey) Order 1997, Paragraph 37


In Schedule 2 (consequential amendments and savings):
(a) paragraphs 3, 5, 6 and 8 shall be omitted;
(b) in paragraph 4 after the words “Act 1973” there shall be inserted “(as extended to Guernsey by the Protection of Aircraft Act 1973 (Guernsey) Order 1973)”; and
(c) in paragraph 7:
(i) after the words “Act 1978” there shall be inserted “(as extended to Guernsey by the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 (Guernsey) Order 1978)”; and
(ii) after the words “Act 1982” there shall be inserted “(as extended to Guernsey by the Aviation Security (Guernsey) Order 1997)”.
