Paragraph 11
In section 11A (designation of restricted zones):
(a)
for subsection (1) there shall be substituted the following subsection:
“(1)The Committee may designate the whole or any part of any aerodrome as a restricted zone for the purposes of this Part of this Act.”;
(b)
subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (8) shall be omitted;
(c)
in subsection (9), for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted “Jersey” and the words from “and any reference” to the end shall be omitted; and
(d)
in subsection (10):
(i)
in paragraph (a), for the words “(1) to (9)” there shall be substituted “(1), (7) and (9)”; and
(ii)
in paragraph (b), for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted “Committee”.
