# The Aviation Security (Jersey) Order 1993, Paragraph 21


In section 18B (contents of enforcement notice):
(a) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted “Committee”;
(b) in subsection (3) the words “or (2)” shall be omitted; and
(c) subsection (4) shall be omitted.
