  "text": "In section 21A (false statements relating to baggage, cargo etc.):\n(a) for the words “the United Kingdom”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted “Jersey”;\n(b) in subsection (1), the words “registered or” shall be omitted and for the word “constable” there shall be substituted “police officer”;\n(c) in subsection (2):\n(i) for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted:\n“(a) the Airport Director,”; and\n(ii) the words “registered or” shall be omitted; and\n(d) in subsection (4) for the words from “on summary conviction” to the end there shall be substituted “to a fine”.",
