  "text": "In section 21B (false statements in connection with identity documents):\n(a) in subsection (1) for the word “constable”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted “police officer”;\n(b) in subsection (2) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted “Committee”;\n(c) in subsection (3):\n(i) for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted:\n“(a) the Airport Director,”;\n(ii) paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and\n(iii) in paragraph (c) for the words “registered or operating in the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted “operating in Jersey”; and\n(d) in subsection (5) for the words from “on summary conviction” to the end there shall be substituted “to a fine”.",
