In section 4 (offences in relation to certain dangerous articles):

(a)

for the words “the United Kingdom”, wherever they occur in subsection (1) except where they first occur in paragraph (a) of that subsection, there shall be substituted “Jersey”; and

(b)

for subsection (4) there shall be substituted:

“(4)

A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.”.
