  "text": "In constructing the works described in Schedule 1 to this Act the Corporation may—\n(a) deviate laterally from the lines or situations shown on the deposited plans to any extent within the limits of deviation for those works; and\n(b) deviate vertically from the levels shown on the deposited sections to any extent not exceeding 3 metres upwards or 3 metres downwards.",
