# The Awards For All (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Awards for All (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1993 Act” means the National Lottery etc. Act 1993; and
any reference to a joint scheme is to a joint scheme falling within section 25B of the 1993 Act.
