# The Awards for All (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Awards for All (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the National Lottery etc. Act 1993; and
any reference to a joint scheme is to a joint scheme falling within section 25B of the Act.
