# The Awards for All (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2007, Article 2: Authorisation of the joint scheme


(1) The Secretary of State hereby authorises the Awards for All (England) joint scheme (“the joint scheme”) which is contained in the agreement entered into on 12th February 2007 between the Arts Council of England, the Big Lottery Fund, the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund and the English Sports Council.
(2) The Schedule to this Order (which, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule 3A to the Act, contains a brief description of the nature and purposes of the joint scheme and other particulars of the scheme) shall have effect.
