  "text": "National Lottery\nMade 6th March 2007\nLaid before Parliament 7th March 2007\nComing into force 1st April 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993.\nIn accordance with paragraph 2(4) of Schedule 3A to that Act she has received an application made for the purpose by the bodies proposing to participate in the joint scheme, namely the Arts Council of England, the Big Lottery Fund, the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund and the English Sports Council.",
