# The Awards for All (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2007, Paragraph 4


The maximum amount of money that may be distributed under section 25(1) of the 1993 Act under the joint scheme is £120 million (“the scheme amount”). The maximum amount which may be distributed under section 25(1) of the Act in any year is the amount remaining of the scheme amount at the beginning of the year.
