This Order–

(a)

extends the seaward limit of jurisdiction of the East Devon District Council in its capacity as the harbour authority for Axmouth Harbour; and

(b)

enables the East Devon District Council to apply for byelaws regulating the use of the Axmouth Harbour for navigation by vessels and for other recreational pursuits.
