  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Instrument of Management for the controlled community home which is now known as the Aycliffe Young People’s Centre.\nThe Instrument of Management makes provision for the appointment of a body of managers of the Centre. By Article 9 of the Instrument of Management, a person is disqualified from being appointed as a manager, and a manager is to cease to act as such, on attaining the age of 70. Article 9 is amended by article 2 of this Order so that this age is increased to 72.\nCopies of the Aycliffe School Instrument of Management Order 1973 and the two previous Orders which amend that Order may be obtained from the Fostering and Residential Care Placements Team, Room 141, Department for Education and Skills, Wellington House, 133-155 Waterloo Road, London SE1 8UG.",
