Article 3 Transfer of railway to company

(1)

The Council may lease the railway to the company on such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the Council and the company.

(2)

The Council and the company may also enter into, and carry into effect, agreements providing for the sale to, and vesting in, the company of the railway on such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the Council and the company.
