# Badgers Act 1973 (repealed 16.10.1992), Section 12: Short title, extent and commencement.

Extent: E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Badgers Act 1973.
(2) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
(3) This Act shall come into force at the expiry of six months beginning with the date of its passing.
