  "heading": "Amendment of s. 2 of Badgers Act 1973.",
  "text": "At the end of section 2 (Offences of cruelty) of the Badgers Act 1973, there shall be added—\n“(3) If any person shall interfere with a badger sett by doing any of the following things, that is to say—\n(a) damaging a badger sett or any part thereof;\n(b) destroying a badger sett;\n(c) obstructing access to or any entrance of a badger sett;\n(d) causing a dog to enter a badger sett; or\n(e) disturbing a badger when it is occupying a badger sett,\nintending to do any of those things or being reckless as to whether his actions will have any of those consequences, he shall be guilty of an offence.”",
