  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Badgers (Further Protection) Act 1991.\n(2) This Act does not apply to an offence committed before it comes into force.\n(3) This Act comes into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed.\n(4) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.",
