  "text": "The Governor-General, acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, may, by directions in writing, charge the Prime Minister or any other Minister with responsibility for any business of the Government of The Bahamas, including the administration of any department of Government:\nProvided that a Minister appointed from among members of the House of Assembly shall be charged with responsibility for finance.",
