  "text": "Subject to paragraph 1A, the following provisions of this Part apply to the defendant if—\n(a) the offence or one of the offences of which he is accused or convicted is punishable with imprisonment, but\n(b) Part 1 does not apply to him by virtue of paragraph 1(2) of that Part.",
