  "heading": "Amendments, repeals and transitional provisions.",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to this Act (which contains consequential and minor amendments of enactments) shall have effect.\n(2) The enactments specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(3) The transitional provisions contained in Schedule 4 to this Act shall have effect.",
