  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Baird Trust Reorganisation Act 2005.\n(2) This Act, with the exception of section 3 and this section, comes into force 30 days after it has received Royal Assent.\n(3) Section 3 comes into force on the first anniversary of Royal Assent.",
