Article 10 Amendments to the Bank Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2009

In rule 34, for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

Where the bank administrator wishes to publish a notice under paragraph 49(6) of Schedule B1 (as applied by Table 1 in section 145(6) of the Banking Act 2009), the notice shall be advertised in such manner as the bank administrator thinks fit.”.
