# The Bank Administration (England and Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2010, Article 17: Amendments to the Bank Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2009


In rule 52, after paragraph (2), insert—
“(2A) No bank administration proceedings shall be filed in the Central Office of the High Court.”.
