# The Bank Administration (England and Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2010, Article 5: Amendments to the Bank Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2009


In rule 5—
(a) after sub-paragraph (c), insert—
“(ca) a reference to “the Insolvency Rules 1986” is a reference to those Rules including all amendments to them up to and including those made by the Insolvency (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2009,”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (f), insert—
“(g) the purpose of bank administration” is a reference to the objectives of bank administration in section137 of the Banking Act 2009.”.
