# The Bank Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, Article 57: Right to inspect file

Proceedings under Articles 177 and 178 of the Order (fraudulent and wrongful trading) shall be conducted in accordance with Article 179 of that Order subject to the modifications specified in section 145 of the 2009 Act.
