# The Bank Administration (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 2010, Article 10: Amendments to the Bank Administration (Scotland) Rules 2009


In rule 33—
(a) at the end of the introductory words in paragraph (1) insert “to”;
(b) after paragraph (1)(a) insert—
“(aa) any administrative receiver of the bank”;
(c) at the end of paragraph (1)(b) omit “and”; and
(d) after paragraph (1)(b) insert—
“(ba) the FSCS, and”.
