# The Bank Administration (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 2010, Article 3: Amendments to the Bank Administration (Scotland) Rules 2009


In rule 4(1)—
(a) in the introductory words, omit the text in brackets; and
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (m), insert “as they have effect as at 1st October 2009 ”.
