# The Bank Administration (Scotland) Rules 2009, Article 32: Appointment of provisional bank administrator


If the court makes an order appointing one or more provisional bank administrators the court shall—
(a) notify the Bank of England;
(b) send a copy of the order to the person appointed (by email if possible); and
(c) send a copy of the order to any administrative receiver of the bank.
