# The Bank Administration (Scotland) Rules 2009, Article 33: Appointment of provisional bank administrator


(1) As soon as is reasonably practicable after appointment any provisional bank administrator must send a copy of the order of appointment—
(a) the bank;
(b) the FSA; and
(c) the registrar of companies (in Form 4.9(Scot), with such variations, if any, as the circumstances may require).
(2) Notice to the bank must be given by effecting service to its registered office.
