  "text": "In section 89L(2) (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information) —\n(a) in paragraph (c)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (i), after inserted paragraph (cb) insert—\n“(cc) a person appointed to make a report under section 83ZB of that Act (reports by skilled persons);”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), for “to (cb)” substitute “ to (cc) ”;\n(b) paragraph (c)(iii) becomes paragraph (d) of subsection (2).",
