Regulation 2
The Banking Act 1979 (Advertisements) Regulations 1985f1 shall be amended in Regulation 2(4)(e) by inserting after the words “The Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations 1984”f2 the words “or (as the case may be) for the purposes of any listing rules made pursuant to section 142(6) of the Financial Services Act 1986,”f3.
