# The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Persons) Order 1989, Article 2: Exemption


Schedule 2 to the Banking Act 1987 shall be amended by the addition of the following new entry after the entry numbered“14”–
“14A Crown Agents Financial Services Limited.”.
