Article 2 Exemption

Schedule 2 to the Banking Act 1987 shall be amended by the addition of the following new entry after the entry numbered “10”–

“10A

(1)

Keesler Federal Credit Union.

(2)

This paragraph applies only to the acceptance of deposits made by members, or dependants of members, of a visiting force of the United States of America, or by members, or dependants of members, of a civilian component of such a force, where “member”, “dependant”, “visiting force” and “member of a civilian component” have the meanings given to them by the Visiting Forces Act 1952^f1.”.
