# The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Persons) Order 1993, Article 2: Exemption


Schedule 2 to the Banking Act 1987 shall be amended by the addition of the following new entry after the entry numbered 26—
“27 The Council of Europe Resettlement Fund.”.
