# The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.
