# The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 2: Revocation


Regulation 7 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) Regulations 1997 are hereby revoked.
